I am very proud to announce that Carla Cruz Medina was awarded the prestigious CSU Trustees Award. Carla is a 2nd year MS student at Sac State and has been a key member of the Bushy Lake Restoration project led by Dr. Michelle Stevens. Her thesis will investigate the ecological impacts of the invasive red swamp crayfish Procambarus clarkii. Please read more about Carla's story below.
